Cancellation Policy

One-Time Projects

Clients on a one-time project may cancel before work begins for a full refund. [cite: 32]
Cancellations after work has commenced will be charged for completed work only. [cite: 33]

Clients on monthly retainer packages must provide written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to cancel without charge. [cite: 34]
Cancellations made after the billing cycle has started will not receive a refund for that month. [cite: 35]
