Refunds are applicable only if work has not yet begun on the agreed milestone. [cite: 25]
Once editing or production has started on a milestone, that milestone is non-refundable. [cite: 26]
If the final delivery does not match the agreed project brief, we offer free revisions until the client is satisfied. [cite: 27]
